1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Plate Planner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

3. Description of Service

Plate Planner provides meal plans, shopping lists, and cost estimates based on user inputs such as budget and dietary preferences.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually
• Subscriptions automatically renew
• Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Account Management page or by emailing plateplannerapp@gmail.com. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

To delete your account and all associated data, visit the Account Management page.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. User Content

You may submit content such as custom meals and preferences. You are responsible for any content you provide.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Selling or transferring your account
• Attempting to exploit or manipulate the Service
• Using the Service unlawfully

9. Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the lesser of:

• Amounts paid in the last 6 months
• AUD $1,000

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be handled informally, then through arbitration in Sydney, Australia.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
